if it's been a couple of weeks and it's never passed your mind that you *could* be happy with them forever. Not that you belive it, just that it passed yout mind, then you might be on the path to falling in love. If you gone a few weeks and you never think farther ahead than, what movie are we going to rent tonight? I hope he goes down on me longer than he did last time... and so on and so forth, then sorry but he's not the one for you.

This is an impossible question to answer. It varies for each individual person. Some people are more guarded, and take quite a while to open up and love someone. Some people are open and want to share their lives with someone. They'll fall in love sooner.

It's not as simple as that, but you get the idea. If you're asking this question, then I assume it has something to do with you. And since you're asking this specific question, I assume you might be wondering if you are, in fact, in love or not.

Love is one of the abstract concepts that can not be easily defined. It's different things to different people. But there is one constant, in my opinion. You will know when you are in love.

No answer as to how much time it takes will help you. This is something you will have to figure out for yourself. I wish it was easier, but them's the breaks.

Good luck!

I dont think there is a time limit when it comes to love. I met my husband, fell in love immediately, were married 6 months later and have been married 12 years. So, I guess this isn't what you would call average. By the way, my parents married after dating for less than 2 months and have been married almost 50 years : - ) Love is timeless

There is no average time. Love does not know time....sometimes things in our life and where we are at prohibit us from seeing true love. That is why it may take a moment, a day or 20 years to realize the person who is front of you ....is ther person you love. Only people who are overly anaylize things put a time frame on love. People love for an eternity and people love for a monment....it's bounless. So if you feel it.......then it's it!!!!

There is no specific time frame. You can be with someone for years and never fall in love. I think falling in love is so much deeper and complicated than a time frame.
