By eating really healthily. Prepare all your meals yourself and don't eat any processed food. If you have rice make sure it's Basmati and if you have pasta have wholemeal. Eat little and often - three small meals and two or three healthy snacks. Make sure that your meal is made up of 25% carbs, 25% protein and 50% vegetables/salad.

There's no quick fix to losing weight, at least if you want to keep the weight off. Yoyo dieting can damage your heart too. But I did lose 5 pounds in ten days by doing the above, and felt so much better too.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Drink lots of water all day, especially right before each solid thing you are about to eat. This should total to more than a half gallon a day. To lose even more weight, cut back on all unnecessary foods such as fatty or sweet snacks plus drink a huge glass of water. Believe me, you will lose a lot of weight.

u shouldnt feel like u need 2 lose wait unless u have love handles...anyways,try eating fruits,sandwhiches,nothing with grease,& work out 4 like 30 mins everyday.when i say work out,i dont mean like at the gym.i mean,early in the morning or late at niit,go running & do sit-ups.i tried that 4 a day & i was sore the next day,but it works.u get 2 eat as much as u want atleast.

Try weightwatchers or a similar calorie controlled diet i have just lost 5 pounds in a week!! Wiv exercise and a good detox you should be well away!!Good luck x

drop your calorie in take and lots of cardio.(running, walking, biking)
not sure how many calories you take in everyday but cut down to 1000 calories a day(24hrs)
