lol!! Great theory but I dont think so.
If your watching then your outside but its not recreational, but if your in the car, i guess your being recreational but your not really outside.
I spose you could leave the car door open to mix the two, but I dont know if its in the 'rules' or etiquette!!
Look it up on the net - you are bound to find somewhere near you.
