in Asheville put up two billboards?? They are depicting an upside down U.S. flag,with the mexican flag on top,saying "HAD ENOUGH"? "We've got this group of people all hot to do something, and we are all very upset about the illegal immigration thing." "We wanted something that would grab their attention and direct them to our website or phone number so we can give them more information." "Our issues are with lawbreakers." "To just allow them to wallk across the border, bring whatever diseases and bad habits they bring with them, and DEMAND we should treat them like citizens, is a bit over the top!" Hey, i think we need these billboards in ALL states!!!!!!!!

I Agree Americans NEED to mobilize to fight this INVASION and thats EXACTLY what it is. We need to not only send the Illegals a Loud and clear message we also need to send our POLITICIANS and the Businesses that Hire Illegals Messages as well. WE'VE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw that. At first I thought 'Good!' because with the seal the borders billboard you can hardly even tell what it is in a glance while driving unless you already know, and the Minutemen one has army helmets on rifles depicting slain soldiers and I'm not sure they have the right to speak for the dead.
However, I wanted to support a billboard for border security, but couldn't find one. I didn't see a picture of this one, but it sounds colorful and eye catching.
On reflection I decided I wasn't trying to imply that most or all illegals act like those who did fly the Mexican flag over the US flag, inverted. I decided it might inspire more hate than resolution to solve a problem.
So I'm still looking for a billboard....

Who 'owns' a country? And how is it owned? Do the Native Americans have a greater right to say who should be in America or is it always the will of the invaders? When the US took California and Texas from Mexico why was that right? And why is it wrong for 'hispanics' to come to the US 'illegally' to get work? Pointing to diseases and bad habits seems bigoted. In what way do these diseases and bad habits differ from those already in the US? Don't they just meld in? I think that it is difficult to claim a high moral ground when that is resting on the graves of indigenous populations. Didn't the US welcome 'illegal' immigrants from Europe in the 19th century so they could escape poverty and oppression? Why are some of their decendants so ungrateful and selfish as to deny that to others?

I wish there was more we could do to bring this kind of attention to this problem!
I don't like the billboards but they do get your attention!
I agree with you.They do just walk over OUR borders and then demand rights they do NOT deserve.
They all need to go.If we can't take care of our own people why in the hell should we be taking care of everyone elses problems?

did u also know that the same city officials, CITY OFFICIALS, asked the citizens & dwellers of that community to ignore those billboards. did u? why don't u state all the facts? cuz u can't handle the truth! LOL.! if the city, state appointed, officials were opposed to this filth what do u think will happen- smells like amnesty. u LOSE!!!!

I saw that ....and I agree those billboard signs need to be put up in ALL major cities in every state, so the American people can remember. I wonder how much it cost to put up a sign on a billboard....does anyone know???
