Asking a girl, expecially a friend, to take it to the next level is BAD, your asking for her permission like she is your mother. you are telling her that you think so little of yourself that you have to ask permission. if you really want to take it to the next level just try to kiss her. you'll get your answer with no question real fast either way. If she doesnt feel that way about you she will let you know and thats that. if she kisses you back, then you are in there budy. actions speak louder then words, both your words and hers mean nothing, no matter what either of you really feel you can say anything you want.

you sure you want to do that? She sounds like she doesn't but hey-it's your life.
You could point out that some of her actions mimic those of a crusher. Then, maybe after the eighth sign, you could look at her like "I can't believe you" and ask "Do you like me?"...As for the dating, I guess it depends on the mood when you ask her. You have to say those words because how else can she give a clear answer. Some place where the crowd isn't loud, or no crowd-and where the time doesn't feel rushed like between classes or during a chore.
p.s. I don't care if you want guys to help you, a girl like me helps anyway.

well if she does like u she isn't gonna tell u directly sooo ur probally gonna find out from some1 else. then if she does you could just go up there make small talk and then ask if she's not busy then maybe u could go otu if she like u she'll say yes

if u didnt ask her if she likes u .... how did u know she said she doesnt.....
have a common friend ask her what she thought about u... if ur dating material or not.....
and just walk up to her....and plain simple ask her out.... worse thing she could do is say no.....and life will get back to normal...

i think you should ask her out to lunch or dinner on a friend level and then express your feelings to her mayb things will work out for you

just do it, don't think about it and psyche yourself out.
If she gets pissed, ask her why she's sending you signals.
Girls do that sometimes "without knowing they are doing it".
If she acts into the kiss, that's a start.
