i NEED to lose 10 pounds by tuesday. i'm 5-1 and weigh 114. i wear a size 2 now and need to fit into my size zero on tuesdsay. i'm going on a water fast starting tomorrow until then. it was supposed to start today, but i ate already. i threw up what i could and took 4 laxatives- so hopefully that works to get rid of that food. i'm also on my period right now- do you ALWAYS gain weight on your period? Please help me lose this weight!! and I know it's not healthy, but right now I'll do anything to lose this for tuesday.

Jog every day and cut back on the "bad" foods.

Please ask yourself WHY you feel you need to lose this weight? What will happen if you don't lose it? It sounds like you are on a very dangerous road. Your weight is very normal; if you did lose 10 pounds, you may still be healthy, but not if you lose it by starving yourself or using laxatives as these are very unhealthy ways to lose the weight. You need nutritious food for strength, energy, and a clear mind. Right now, those things are more important for you to have than a size 0 body; please take care of yourself and think this through carefully!

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

first I'd like to say I'd love to only weigh 114 and wear a size 2... second it's so unhealthy to crash diet you will gain back the weight you lost and generally twice as much...it's better to lose it gradually..
