can people predict the future?

It has been written in the Bible that God gave that gift to certain individuals so if you believe in the Bible, then you must believe that there are people who can.

No one can predict the future. Although you can educate yourself by learning what has happened in the past. Fortune tellers are a hoax and are not worth your time. You can help determine your future by doing your best to improve it. Staying in shape, for example, will likely increase the amount of time that you live (on average). Of course, this is not always true, but you certainly are increasing the percentage that you will live a longer life if you exercise regularly. If you read, you will learn more, and therfore increase your possibilities of obtaining a better quality of life. It's all cause and effect. No one can predict the future, but you can make your own future, in a way, by doing things today. The unexpected happenings in the world is just chance, and that's a whole different can of worms.

simple answer no, complex answer yes. people cannot 100% predict the future. However, people can predict what is most likely and appear to predict the future. Predicting future wars for example is a given since it's highly unlikely that humans will give up that part of their nature. of course one can also say that people can predict A future, and if it doesn't happen, then it's not OUR future.

People who predict the future have the help of the devil but yes the predict it.

to some degree, yes. If a car is moving at 90 mph towards a wall and the driver is asleep, I can predict that there will be a car wreck in the near future.

The prophets of God, predicted the future, but beware of false prophets, because satan uses scorcery to get into peoples souls, the Bible clearly states to stay away from this, and false prophets. The devil uses deciet and trickery and is the father of lies, so beware.

the future isnt set and can change at any given moment through your free will and choices you make .. people can give a little insight into the future dependant on your situation now but this doesnt make it concrete and if anything needs changing you can change it
you make your own future but yes guidance can be given xx

Yes -- but not so much in the way that you mean. All forms of divination are meant to show you how your future will play out if things continue on the same path you are on now.
