go over and tell her you've been checking out her garden and you love the way she works it. tell her you have some seeds you'd love to plant and could you please put them in her garden.(this is where you wink)

If she's around the same age as you then yes, and if she's single then yes...just go up to her and be like:
"You got some pretty flowers"..."Do you need some help"...start a simple conversation...don't bring it up too fast that you like her...alright...Good Luck!!!
