A woman with her own business was thriving based on her sterling reputation. When she decided she needed a lawyer to help her incorporate, she was worried that their typical reputation might stain hers, so she was carefully interviewing the available business lawyers.

"As I'm sure you can understand," she started off with one of the first applicants, "in a business like this, our personal integrity must be beyond question." She leaned forward. "Mr. Peterson, are you an 'honest' lawyer?"

"Honest?" replied the prospect. "Let me tell you something about honest! Why, I'm so honest that my dad lent me $105,000 for my education and I paid back every penny the minute I tried my very first case!"

"Impressive," she said. "I think you just may have the job."

But then she saw a suspicious twinkle in his eye.

"Just a minute," she said. "What was your first case?"

"Well," he said, "my dad sued me for the money."

This is what Montreal Lawyer HANDLEMAN of HHS DID TO ME AND HOW HE CAN HAPPEN TO YOU BEWARE!

In 2012 Montreal Lawyer Irving Handleman of HHS allegedly went through Gowlings Law Firm to get information for his client Dean McCoy. Montgomery twisted and reported it in her column to favor Handleman. Gowling’s lawyer, Mark Bantey, happens to be the lawyer to the Montreal Gazette who then protects Montgomery from this type of work ethic when she is called on it. Is this not a conflict of interest? It is more like kids attempting to control the kindergarten play yard.

Handleman is known to be the type of lawyer who gives his colleagues a bad rap by setting up cross fires, producing fraudulent documents to the courts attempting to pass them off as real, making people up and/or discredits people including some his colleagues stating they are fictitious and do not exist. His recent victims were;

Ile Perrot Lawyer Christian Levac, Notary Micheline Ouellette on St Catherine St and IT Specialist James Halliwell of Ottawa who he put down in the Montreal Superior Court as fictitious for over 1.5 years, in front of over 10 judges. It takes 2 min to find each one on internet these days.

Another one of Handleman and McCoy’s victims was James Halliwell of Ottawa, ON alleging he did not exist. Even when he showed up in courts they did not modify their affidavits. http://ca.linkedin.com/pub/james-halliwell/4/43/963

Handleman is know to go as far as making up stories of breaking and entering, fake car bombings in front of the court judge at trials without proof and then has the audacity to blame the other parties’ client like Detective Mark Fuhrman did in the OJ case. He hires heavy breathers to contact the other parties clients and uses the Montreal police to harass the other parties client by making up fake stories prior to trial alleging he is being harassed. When all the while it is alleged he burns things down himself to get the insurance money. He charges close to $300 an hour so he has to give his client’s some form of show regardless of the wreckage he leaves behind as he does not appear to have a plan to resolve the issues. He will never be a judge.

The old joke “Mr. Smith I am sorry to hear about your factory burning down”, ssshhh replies Smith “its tomorrow”.

Handleman appears to have a split personality, maybe several personalities including narcissism. He bring photos of himself from his website to the court and parades then through trials while admiring and talking about himself from his website. He appears to keeps parties fighting or creates new ones so they retaliate like the guests on a Jerry Springer Show. It makes for good business as he appears to be his own supplier especially if there is an estate involved.

Allegations that Bantey bullies parties who stand up for themselves then goes AWOL by not responding to victims of a Montgomery slander when asked to have his client, in this case The Gazette, play fair and retract their article as well or even sign a release when they retaliate with their own article. Why does Montgomery report on the Lino Zambitos and agent 728 when she engages in the same situations and actions? Mark Bantey of Gowling alleged to be enabling Montgomery by sending threatening emails to sources that attempt to explain their side. Is this not hypocrisy, illegal, cyber bullying or even worse, a form of “inside trading”?
