You shouldn't lead your boyfriend on...and you should tell your friend how your feeling. First tell your friend how you feel, and if your friend doesn't like it, or doesn't like you back, then say your sorry, and don't drop it with your boyfriend, but if you really think you love your friend over your boyfriend then break up with your boyfriend, he doesn't deserve to be led on...

Whoa...I have definitely had that problem. lol. Well, if you're a teenager you should not be committed to one person. The teenage years are for enjoying life, not settling down. That's what you do when you're in your 20s and 30s. My advice is don't start something with the friend. If you're not crazy about your boyfriend but still want to be friends with him just explain to him that you really like him but you think it's better if you're friends. Not because he did something wrong but that you're both young and don't want to get serious.
Then maybe later you can go hang out with his friend sometime.
Just try not to hurt his feelings.

Wait until you know for sure what is really happening then make a decision. Some feelings are just infatuation and there is no need to hurt anyone until you find the true answer to this question for yourself. You are not married yet so give it more time.
