Ha! Reminds me of...me! First of all, step away from the computer.
Okay, now lets do a little goal setting:
~Motivation- you have to want to learn, if you don't, then might as well keep sitting down starring at the screen.
~Prepartion-have in mind what you want to learn; write it down, so it can help to reinforce it.
and of course
~Determination-even when you see the sight of the computer you have to have the will not to give in
Note: The computer has so much information in it, why don't you just use it for learning instead of whatever you use it for.

I have no idea in which you are living, however I bet US when you consider that it is not Europe. Your mothers and fathers desire you to study some thing that is valuable in industry: earning profits. They are correct approximately that; if you are going to take time to research some thing, it will have to be some thing valuable. You can study a few Italian terms if you're going to Itlay, however as opposed to that it is vain. In the US spanish is just about the moment language. It is spoken through the most important minority within the nation. It is even required for plenty of jobs. There is not any motive to study Cambodian or Hindi-within the US. But, if you have already got a well activity in which you don't want Spanish, and in case you desire a pastime; there's not anything unsuitable with finding out Italian or another language. It's larger than looking TV. Your peers which might be from Italy is not going to continuously be round.

Then get CD's for your computer, so you can learn while sitting in front of the computer. There are foreign language CD's and history CD's.... you could probably find a CD to teach you about anything you are interested in.

You say you want to learn. The only way to do that is to do it. You can take online courses at a number of community colleges and get everything you want-to sit at your computer and learn. Sitting at your computer and doing nothing is not likely unless you sit like a blob of inaction, and we all know you do something at your computer since you asked this question.

Get used to being dumb and broke. Or..........Go to the library, sign up at a community college, go to a foreign country and don't return until you can speak their language, have study parties. Get some discipline in your life unless all you want is a job that requires your name to be sewn over your pocket. Of course, these days it's even hard to get that job unless you can ask, "Would you like fries with that?" in more than one language.

If you don't feel like learning, then the best teacher in the world can't help. You really have to want to and feel like it if you hope to learn anything. You can but computer programs that will teach you anything you want to learn, but it still goes back to having the "want to" to do it.

Write a book on the subject that you wish to learn. First do a little bit just for the hell of it. Keep doing a little bit. When you reach the eureka moment, it will become addicting and you would have mastered the subject.

That's called procrastination. When the need becomes obvious, you'll either sink or swim. Trust me.
