SO, I told my guy that I had a huge "secret" but I couldnt tell him yet waht it was. I told him to take off work for half a day and pack an overnite bag.
I wont tell him where we are going, but i am going to take him to see Tom Petty, he LOVES his music!
I dont want to tell him until we are actually pulling up to the venue, but it is out of state. should i tell him when we are in the car, or when we get to the venue?
If you were a guy, and you had ddated a girl for about a month and a hlaf and she did this for you, what would you think about it????(we do have some great chemistry)

That's one lucky dude. :P But if I were in your situation, I wouldn't tell him at all. Let him figure it out for himself. Guys have a love/hate relationship with secrets, and in this case it would be a bigger surprise for him if you just let it slowly dawn on him.
This is all in my opinion of course.

I'm a girl but I am guessing he might think this is a Grand gesture. It might possibly scare him because he might think you are too attached. Anyways mention it is a Road Trip out of State. Have a Blast!

First, I would be so amazed that she would do such a thing for me.
Then I would get worried, as what could I do to possible reciprocate such a grand gesture.

That is the sweetest thing ever. Don't tell him until you get there. Scratch that, don't tell him at all. Let him figure it out, the look on his face will be so worth it.

holy crap....that is AWESOME! if he starts freaking out, you should tell him, but if he's just excited and curious, then definitely wait until you get there.....thats a very good suprise, especially after a month and a half..i think he'll definitely like it!
