Theres a really cute waitress who works at a crappy restaurant near me. I'm looking for some creative ideas on how to ask her out other than the usual confrontation and "want to do something later?".

Sly does work sometimes. But just having some confidence and asking is usually the best way to get a date. Maybe she says "Get lost freak", but eh, you had some balls and tried When I was a bartender, stupid guys would try "the write your number down on a piece of paper" routine with all of our waitresses. Never worked once.

The guys that just came out and asked, they had a bit more luck.

But the guys that would sit at the bar (not drinking to get drunk) and actually get to know the girls that worked there, they had much better luck.

Girls swoon for guys who give them genuine compliments. I know I do; it makes me melt when I hear a guy say something like "Gosh! You've been working so hard! When are you ever gonna get some time for yourself?" You know? I'd start giving her compliments. Not necessarily about the way she looks, but more about what a great person she is. That will weaken her defense when you do ask her out. But I'm gonna be honest with you, I appreciate the more straight-forward approach rather than trying to be "sly". I'd rather a guy say sincerely "Would you want to go hang out sometime?" It shows his confidence.

Say hi. Be mature. Be yourself.

Sometimes starting a conversation first with her will open a door that you could not have before. OPen communication is important because it builds trust. Women need and want that. IN fact we all need and want that .

Ask her out for a "Meet and Greet" after you have had a conversation or two with her first. It isn't a date, only a chance to open up a dialogue with her in mind always. Be genuine in your approach too. She will love that.

if you are shy, try leaving a note on a napkin with her tip. Crack a few jokes (I loved that when I was a waitress, it is a good ice breaker, and helps them to get to know you better...more so if she jokes back). Buy HER a cup of coffee or a Soda.
If you're amongst the 'regulars' at this place, and she already has somewhat of a dialogue with you, it might not be as hard as you think

lotsa luck:>)

Hmm...Why not do something spontaneous and make her feel special for a day?

On a day you're not eating there stop by with a rose and let her know you'd love to let someone else serve you both dinner sometime. Then go from there...

NOTE: Make sure there are no rings on her fingers, etc...And if you get a smile...You're on your way :) Good luck!

My brother used to be really nice to the waitress while he was eating and then leave his phone number on a piece of paper that had something cute written on it and he'd leave it with the tip. ;)

it quite is achieveable that she might desire to have an interest. yet i comprehend that if i grew to become right into a waitress i might certainly flirt to get greater effective information. it does not harm to purpose nevertheless. you basically stay as quickly as, so supply it a shot!

"Slyness" is never a good way to ask someone out. I think "cleverness" is what you are looking for, and for that, only you can help yourself. My advice: don't be a pussy.

don't ask her at work...lot's of guys probably do that...and it probably gets on her nerves.
Don't stalk her...but follow her after work...maybe she will go grocery shopping, then bump carts! Say "hey! Don't you work at that crap hole down the way?" that will start a conversation....
