Its OK, but you are not eating enough. Ignore all the comments about avacado, you need some fat in your diet and this provides the good fats. EFAs found in vegetable sources of fats such as avacado, nuts and seeds are essential for the metabolism of fats and can actually help you to lose weight!

Eat unlimited fruit and veg (at least 5 a day), include at least 3 portions of wholegrain carbs (brown, bread, rice, pasta) and a portion of protein such as lean meat, fish or beans/pulses.

Veg including brocoli, curly kale and celery are 'negative foods' - you burn more calories digesting them than they contain so the more you eat the better!

Make sure your sarnies are made with w/meal or granary bread and always have dinner, even it is just a huge salad.

Good luck!!

You could use some more fruits, and veggies. Don't worry about the avocado they are full of 'good' fat. You should probably add a little more dinner, keep it light, steamed veggies, lean chicken.
It really depends on your build, how much exercise you are doing.... you want to make sure you are taking in enough calories to feed your body.
You have the right idea, but you could make a few adjustments to make it a little healthier.

Not really...what you need to eat in order to loose weight depends on the weight you are at as well as the amount of calories that your body is used to. Thing is, if you eat too little to maintain your body systems...your body will act like it is in a fit of starvation & actually store all of your food as fat. You should really be asking your doctor about a diet best for you or seek some help from Weight Watchers. They will guide you as to proper eating to loose weight and maintain it when finished. You can even get some of this information free online. Try the website...weightwatchers.com...Loosing weight can be very complex & if done incorrectly , you could essensially distroy your metabolism.

This is an inadequate diet. For weight loss purposes, the avocado is high in fat (30%). Peanut butter, while an excellent source of protein, is also high in fat. Even so, this diet is too low in calories and nutrients.

If you have no problem with eating that then yeah. But try exercising. Don't be one of these LAZY diet only people. Throw exercise into the mix, and you won't have to limit what you eat so much.

If you are eating white bread, switch to whole wheat. You also need more fruits and veggies.
