Can the dog see the picture or is it too high or low of a wavelength for the dog's eyes?

Your dog can see what you see only in shades of black and white.

I think they can see the picture. My dog will bark and run toward the tv when other dogs are on!

Trust me, dogs can see just as well as we can, in some cases, better. In fact, my dog started to bark to the music on tv. Neat trick huh?

I'm not sure about the wavelength, good question , though.
My dogs respond to the sounds ( footsteps, door bells, running, barking, other animals, sounds like thunder or fireworks) a lot. i am not sure i have seen them respond to the pictures.

My dog watches all kinds of TV. He really likes Animal Planet when they have those dog shows. I think that he really does watch it because something will grab his attention and he stays fixated on it.

They can see the tv. My dog sometimes barks at other dogs on tv.

Dogs see things pretty much the same way that we do. I'm not sure about color, though.

dogs can watch t.v. mine does she's a chowawa and if you touch the remote when she's watching tv or a movie she'll grawl a lot

sometimes they do see the tv ,my mum used to have a cocker spaniel who would howl when politicians were on the news ,but penny was a girl who knew what she wanted.

they can see the TV you know some people think dogs are colored blind but they can see color they really can !!! my dog likes watching animal planet she used to like that's my baby but now she likes animals funniest home videos!!! sorry i luv talking about my baby i luv her !!!!
