You mean like being bigoted, or racist, or homophobic, and basically hating their fellow humans? Judging others as well?

They aren't true Christians, but hypocrites.

I'm glad that you're questioning them. They deserve it.

The Bible is not the word of God.

People will make that claim, but just examine it. There is no reason to believe that the Bible was inspired by God. Well, the Bible makes that claim, but a self-referential claim is spurious at best. Do you believe I'm the mayor or Denver just because I say so? Or would you research it and verify that I am what I say I am?

And why would you take your soul so lightly as to just take a book at face value?

I can't vouch for *all* Bibles, but I can tell you that my Bible was not written by God. It admits it in the beginning. It was put out by a publishing house. Man created that Bible. He made a copy of a copy, which was also created by Man.

You should seek a relationship with God yourself. This means not being distracted by the dogma of the Bible or a church. You can still get useful information from these sources, but you are a fool and risk your soul if you rely entirely on these sources without question.

Just because someone says he speaks for God doesn't make it so. Con men can make outrageous claims too.

Some people think they are Christians because they are not Jewish (I try to explain that's a "Gentile"). People don't really understand the term "Christian" and so misuse it. I listened to a speech where Dan Brown (author of the Di Vinci Code) told an audience at an East-coast University, "I'm Christian. Everyone in this room is probably Christian. We have the faith of our fathers." He is a well educated man and doesn't even know what it means to be "a Christian." The Bible says we can tell what kind of "tree" we are looking at by its "fruit." True Christians bear the appropriate fruit. If you're looking at plums, it probably isn't an apple tree.

Humans are born sinners and are by no means perfect. I've been a born again Christian my whole life; it does not mean I won't sin or make mistakes. Being a Christian means accepting Jesus as your saviour and trying to live in accordance with His will. If there are people who claim to be Christians deliberately sinning, they need to come clean to God and ask for His forgiveness, and turn their lives around. People who say the Bible is not the word of God are ignorant. You will see more and more people turning away from God in the end times because God said that is what would happen.

Everyone that is a christian and and reads their bible all have to answer for they did in their lifetime. We are all born sinners into this world and they may have been temtped to do what is not right according to the bible. Your best answer is in this situation is to make sure that you are ready and prepared for Christ. Let God worry about their wrong doings. You can pray for these people and ask God to put them back on track. Make sure that you are right with the Lord and pray for these people that are stumbling. I can't give you a reason why they are not walking the thin line but you can pray for them and make sure you are right with the Lord. The reason for what they are doing is between them and God. Look to a higher source for a role model or someone to look up to for advice. Keep those in prayer and maybe they will change their ways and realize what they are doing to themselves.

They are counterfeit Christians, those than like to say it but put no effort in actually living it. Saying your a Christian and saying you follow Jesus and saying you have been born again or even doing good deeds will not get you in heaven.

We all will sin, as we are not perfect, but those who intentionally sin over and over and think nothing of it.

By the GRACE of GOD are we only saved. By Jesus' sacrifice, his gift to us.

They may get a really big surprise when the rapture takes place and they are left behind or for those who do not believe in the rapture, then on judgment day.

The word of god said look unto him, He also said what is man that we are so mindfull of . When we look at our brothers and sisters in the lord remember when we become save that dont mean that we change our lives immediately , it is a process that we are going through and god have to take away the things that is not pleasing to him. I would pray when I see certain things are not right because god is the only one can change them. Talking about it would not make it better pray or you can even ask them why are you doing that when god word said not to do that or to do this. Sometimes they may not know, you might be reading your bible and they may not .

The answer is painful, yet simple. Whether you are Christian, Jewish, Moslem, Hindu, Buddhist, or anything else, you and everyone you know is human. That means we're ALL imperfect, sinful monsters inside. Christians accept God's blanket condemnation of our sins, but also gratefully accept his forgiveness that Jesus won by paying the price of death and then visibly conquering it in his resurrection. He is God in human flesh, the only human that never sinned. I could go on, but you'd do better by reading the Bible in any version but King James, then talking to a trained minister-
I recommend Lutheran, of course(guess why)!

Because Christians are no better than anyone else. You'd think they would be, what with the Holy Spirit inside their heads, telling them what to do, what to think, how to behave, and guiding them to all wisdom, but I guess that's not how it works. In fact, I can't think what, exactly, the Holy Spirit IS good for, since the ones who have it show no signs whatsoever of being any different than ones who don't, and their behavior and thought processes obviously don't change in any significant way. Frankly, I think they just keep on doing what they always did and then just say, "Oops! I sinned! Jesus, please forgive me" any time they do something naughty.

Because they say they love God and they do in their own way of thinking, but they have never "fallen in love" with God.

When one "falls in love " with God...there is a change in the heart and in ones actions that one only wants to live for Him.

Its sad because they don't know what they are missing by leading a superficial "christian" life.

The Bible says that God hates a lukewarm christian...
