Would I possible contact City Hall about this? BC I know they rent out this building and I've been to 2 receptions there, but do you think that City Hall would have the information about who owns it and how I would go about renting it?

I agree, if the building is still in use, then someone owns it cause its not getting used to free!! City hall should have a record of who owns the property. They may not give you specific information due to privacy, but they should be able to give you a contact number or something to get you started.

Ownership of the building is public record, so it should be relatively easy to find out who owns the building. Your city hall or county should know (whoever collects the property taxes) should be able to tell you how to find out. They wouldn't be able to give you info about renting it though, that you'd have to find out from the owner. Congrats and good luck!

Ask the people whose receptions were there who they contacted to get the building and then call that person. If there is a number on the building call that number.

Look for the tax assessor in your city. Look up your cities or local property tax records (this is public knowledge) look property up by address on the internet or call them and ask who the owner is. Look-up the number in the phone book when you find the owners name.

after asking around, you should be able to get the owner from the real estate records. If its hard to do, there is usually a service that will look it up for a few dollars. In some counties it compurized
