I am not sure if there is a way to actually get "rid" of it, but there are a few things that you can do to smooth it out more and reduce it. Loosing excess weight will reduce it. However, to help smooth it out a bit, find some lotion that you really like and be sure to rub & massage the area daily. Make sure that when you apply the lotion & massage the area, use moderate force. This will soften & help to reaarange the cellulite & help to smooth it's appearance! Give it a try for a month. Be sure that you take some before photos so that you can actually see the results. You do not have to use any special creams for this either!

This definitely works! Eat healthy! Take a good vitamin supplement and the most important thing to do is EXERCISE! I am so serious! I had a lot of cellulite on my legs, bottom, and on my arms. I have been watching what I eat and taking vitamins to help with my energy level and I purchased myself a stair stepper, and also a skier. Not only is my bottom back up where it should be, my legs are getting smaller and my cellulite is melting away! I have lost already 2 sizes and where I have cellulite is not dimply anymore. My body is becoming smooth as the cellulite melts away. Stair steppers or stair climbers are wonderful for the legs, bottom, and especially the thigh area. A skier is great for over all fat burning and toning of the arms. Good luck and stick to it and you will get great results! Start out slow at first and build yourself up but do not give up! You don't have to purchase expensive equiptment. Check the papers and also the thrift stores! I purchased 2 pieces of equiptment that would have cost me about $500 to $600 for only around $25 each at a local thrift store. There are a lot of people out there who purchase equiptment and barely or never use it and then they finally end up in papers for sale or in thrift stores so there are great buys on nice equiptment out there.

As well as diet and exercise, get some fragrance free, plain moisturiser (150ml) and mix in 35 drops fennel oil, 20 drops rosemary oil and 20 drops juniper oil. (Make sure that are all pure essential oils). Rub this in twice a day, it really does work and is not too expensive.
