Civlian death count in the middle east?

why is it people constantly want to point out the lebanese deaths and criticize the u.s. and isreal, but never mention the even more numerous civilian deaths caused by the islamic terrorist groups? especailly those insurgents in iraq who are targeting iraqi civilians and NOT coalition military forces.

ok first off i DO care about the death of civilians, however as a soldier i know that sometimes civlians die in a war, it's part of war. the point of my question (which no one has answered, just as i suspected they wouldn't be able to) is why do people criticize the u.s. and isreal but care nothing of what the insurgents in iraq (who aren't even iraqi but syrian, iranian, and palestinian) are doing to the iraqi people.

There is something wrong here in your question. What is going on in Iraq is the full responsibility of the USA Iraq policy. The policy which dismissed the Iraqi arm forces and the rest you may ask direct question about how the killing in Iraq started. But the killing of civilians by the Israelis now days is a state terror

Iraq and Lebanon are two separate countries. Do not lump them together just because they are Muslims. Israel has nothing to do with Iraq. USA and Israel have a lot to do with Lebanon and Palestine. And the number of Lebanese civilians dead compared to Israelis is appalling. And you know it.

So you don't CARE about the death of innocent Muslim civilians?I personally care about the death of any civilian be they Iraqi, Lebanese, Israeli or American.As far as I am concerned anyone who KILLS civilians is a Terrorist be it Hezbollah, Israel or America they are all Terrorists.
