Well hopefully she aint way younger than you but anyway maybe you can get some pointers from ur sister about her like her interests and stuff and maybe u can tell her shes pretty and get one of ur friends(a single one) and invite her sister and her to go to the mall and get ur friend to talk to ur sister sum where so u and her friend can be alone and maybe ask her on a date or ask her if u guys can hang out to get to know each other ...

If she has not started to flirt with you yet...she thinks you are an older loser...Younger sister/cousin friends will flirt with you all on their own if they think you are attactive...Don't do it or you will creap her out, ruin your sister friendship and might even get you a$$ beat by her father/brother etc...
