There's lots of fitness videos. Take a look at http://www.collagevideo.com for descriptions, reviews, and watch a preview. It's usually cheaper to buy them locally or on Amazon or eBay.
You can also just make up your own routine to do at home. Include exercises like jumping jacks, running in place, hamstring curls, knee lifts, lunges, squats, plie squats, kicks, punches, push ups, crunches, tricep dips, and stretching. If you have or buy dumbells you can do many more weight lifting exercises with them.
Also, you could head outside to walk, run, rollerblade, ride a bike, or play sports.

running up and down the stairs is really good excercize. just increase the amount of sets u run every couple days
