Perms, and permanent coloring damages your hair. Don't use them.
Get a good stylist to trim all the split ends and damaged hair off. From that point on, get regular trims from a stylist. Split ends will split into healthy hair if you don't get them cut off.
Check your diet, are you getting enough vitamin E and vitamin B?
Don't use a lot of heat or styling products on your hair, these can damage it or dry it out causing further damage.
Don't brush your hair while wet, this is very damaging to the hair shaft. Also if you go swimming, don't let the chlorine dry in your hair. Use a swimmer's shampoo to neutralize it.
Try usng a satin pillow case or a satin bonnet. Often hair that's been permed catches on cotton pillow cases and gets broken off.
Protect your ends by wearing braids or wearing your hair up in a bun.
Good luck!

By natural do you mean not taking anything or applying anything to your hair?
If so, the best thing you can do for your hair is to do the 100 brush strokes every night before bed. Getting the natural oils from your scalp to the tips of your hair is the very beneficial and promotes hair growth.
No matter what you decide to do, remember that hair grows an average of half inch per month and not much more.

I have grown my hair ...seems like for ever .It is down to my bum.I don't get it cut very often ,just the ends.Never put a perm in your hair unless your hair is very thick & resilient. If you do don't process it for a long time.
Get your damaged hair cut off & let it grow! May take many years!
You have to have alot of patience & you'll save money on haircuts too!

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMJq2 While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

It sounds crazy but not cutting it gives you split ends wich makes your hair not grow .What I would suggest is get a trim then take extra good care of your hair try not to use blowdryers, straightners, curlers etc.
