cruise control and horn don't work and I think it has to do with the remote starter that was put in it. PLEASE help me111

It`s posible that the remote start could cause this issue but i would be more inclined to think the clock-spring would be the culprit as the circuit for both run through it.
Your air bag liight will sometimes remain lit (indicating a fault) but not always,contact your local dealer on this issue as i believe there is recall concerning the clock spring on those models.

Good luck on the free wiring diagram, unless you know a Mopar mechanic. You can get a watered-down version in a $20 Haynes manual available at almost any parts store or book store.
Check under the hood in the power distribution box on the drivers' side for a blown fuse. I don't see how hooking up a remote starter (correctly) could make the cruise and horn not work. I'm not sure about the cruise, but the horn will likely have a relay in the above mentioned location, as it is a high-draw item that would snap a fuse very quickly without a relay.

it may have a little to do with the remote start considering it ties into the horn and park light circuits at the clockspring, BUT if your airbag light is also on there is a lifetime recall for the clockspring going bad on those vehicles...recall D-17 I think... anyways hope that helps

most likely related to remote start, but wiring diag are not free, atleast i havent found them, i'd look at wires that were cut to install remote, and fuses, fuse links, all connectors. You may find some wiring diag stuff at book store or library but really I bet you fix all cut wires from remote, your problem may be resolved

i need a wireing diagram for 97 plymoth grand cairvan for Ing to ecm has a no fire on cyl #3&5 replace coil and ecm still has no fire on cyl 3&5 can some one help me out
