outside of scool i get some but i get shy around girls at my high school

Better to become friends with her over time. Just chat, ask her about her weekend, then see if she wants to go to the library, to the point where it evolves to hanging out after school.
When you two are closer, if you ask her on a date or to be your girlfriend, she won't betray you by telling everyone if she turns you down.

You just do it, don't care what other people think, at least you've got the guts to do it. The girls might say no, but hey that's the risk. Who cares?
Just make sure you're set to ask, and bring a wing-man to take care of the girl's friends, while you make your move. You'll do a lot better if you make sure the girl has noticed you before, do things like make eye contact, and Smile, if she smiles back, make your move. If you get shot down, who cares, there's plenty of other girls in school. You won't get anywhere staring at your feet. Life's too short not to try. Does that make sense, I hope?

--Unfortunately you don't. See if you ask a grl out at her home and she shoots you down evrybody hears about it from her and her family tells other families. Do it at a mall she'll tell everybody she knows at the mall and then they tell others, you know the rest. The only way to ask a girl out and not get found out that you were rejected is to kill her after she says no and hide the body. Basically I am say that girls talk too much and if your emotional self-respect can't take it then it sucks to be you.

This is kind of hard because there is a lot of he-said she-said crap in school and stuff can get around. Maybe you should let the girls come to you in this environment.

pull her to the side and talk to her u don't have to hit on her, only when the conversations getting good! then start to flirt then if she flirts back ask her on a date. or u don't have to u can start to get to know each other a little more. just take it step by step ok. -hope this works for u.

do it when no one is around like at a locker getting stuff thats casual and no one will take a second look or behind her in the lunch line or after school sometime

THIS IS EASY. JUST ASK AND IF REJECTED TAKE AN I DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE OR I AM TO GOOD FOR HER ANYWAY. THEN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT ONE. IN MATH IF YOU ASK 100 GIRLS OUT 10% WILL SAY OK AND 1% WILL BE JUST RIGHT FOR YOU.
