My fiance Got a petition of comtempt what can or should do to get the child support paid/paid off and keep him out of jail?

He must paid his arrears (back child support)!
I'm pretty sure he already has a court order telling him how to make his weekly payments but to make sure tell him to contact the child support office to find out what kind of payment he has to make- You are not clear weather he was asked to make a lump sum payment or to make small weekly/monthly payments. If he has a lump sum payment stipulation on his order he must do so in order to avoid a warrant to be issued for his arrest.

He's responsible for paying it, you aren't. Most of the time, the courts will arrange to confiscate his paycheck or a portion of it until the bill is paid & the child reaches the age of majority.
