Yes and no. Allah and God are both believed to be the same god by muslims and christians.they just have different prophets and beliefs about them. however, jesus and allah or jesus and god are not the same entity in the muslim religion. They don't regard jesus as a son of god but as a prophet.God never had a son. they both believe in only one Powerful Creator. So, they just have different belief system about prophets.

Allah and God are the same God. Allah is just the Arabic word for God. An Arabic Christian would call Him Allah.

Jesus Christ is a believer and messenger of God. He prayed to God and taught us how to do the same. Why would he do this if he were himself God? Did you know that there was once a debate among the "authorities" of Christianity as to whether Jesus was a god? Apparently the group was fairly well divided, but the Jesus as god camp won out. There's a book about this: "When Jesus Became God: The Struggle to Define Christianity during the Last Days of Rome," ISBN 0156013150.

When Jesus said, "I and the Father are One," I don't believe he was claiming to be any greater than the rest of us; rather, I see it more as being on the same team as God. Jesus told us that we could be like Him and that we could do as he did and even more. I take this to mean that we all can be one with God just as Jesus was.

Jesus never said that was the God if you read the bible you'll know it was people who mistaked him to be GOD and yes there is a GOD "Allah" he is one and only.
If you read the Holy Quran you'll see modern science such as about the Bigbang theory, the earth is flat, how a child is born etc. And this all was revealed to the people 1400 years ago what the science has found 40 or 50 years ago....And my friend there is so much more proof.
There are many imposters today that who r saying we are GOD but if they r are they immortals are they one and only. Do they have knowledge, Are they the only imposters NO!
Allah is one he is the true GOD and Jesus Christ better known as Hazrat Essa is one of his strogest prophets.

The God of the Christians (Yahweh) is different in character than the God of the Qur'an (Allah).

The Arabs traditionally worshiped many gods in times past. Muhammad, inspired perhaps by Jewish or Christian monotheism, picked the main god of the Arabs (Allah) to be his one god, and did away with the rest.

Saying that Allah is the same as the Jewish God (Yahweh) is like saying that Zeus (or Oden) is the same as Yahweh.

Yahweh and Allah bear a superficial resemblance to one another, but there are several key differences, since the different holy books of Christianity and Islam (the Bible & the Qur'an) differ on the character of the one true god.

There is only one Almighty God. He is the creator of heaven and earth and all living persons. There are other gods that are called gods (mighty ones) even in the Bible such as "the god of this world" when referring to Satan. I believe that the true Almighty God is the God of the Bible--Jehovah (according to Psalm 83:18) or Yahweh (depending on the translation-not a different person). Others believe differently but only time will tell. Those who find the truth and practice it will live forever. Those who don't will eventually be destroyed.

The God is one, Eternal, absolute, He does not beget , nor is he begotten. And there is nothing like unto Him. It doesnt matter which name you call upon Him, Quran (holy book of islam) says,

"Say: ‘Call upon Allah, or call upon Rahman: by whatever name ye call upon Him, (it is well): for to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names....‘"
[Al-Qur’an 17:110]

Jesus Christ was the messenger of Allah (or God) .

QURAN (5:75) "Christ the son of Mary was no more than an Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily) food. See how Allah doth make His signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth!"

Jesus was a man - nothing more. Allah and God are mythical; they were created by the ignorant to explain things they could not otherwise understand. Science has revealed the basic rules under-pinning so called miracles, and has given rational, natural solutions to the origin of the earch and of the species. While the teachings of Jesus in terms of human conduct are still relevant, the myths of gods and goddesses are not, and enlightened people have discarded them.

God has many names.

Whoever you chose to beleive in is your call. Jesus is supposed to be the son of god.
Mary the mother. Allah doesnt spring from this family as far as I know...GOD is an all knowing being. I have never known GOD to be manifested in a human...that would be breaking a commandment so to speak in some peoples eyes. A human form of God would be the equivalent of worshiping an idol.
