How do I get big knots out of my hair fast and painlessly?

Use a wooden wide toothed comb. You can get one at THE BODY SHOP. They are really good. Do NOT use plastic combs or plastic hair brushes in your hair. Always use wooden ones.

use lots of conditioner and comb your hair with the conditioner still in your hair...they make leave-in conditioner if you don't want to do this in the shower....

wet your hair and put in conditioner and comb your hair with it in... rinse, repeat.....
