Yes. He obviously has some unfinished business. Maybe it makes him feel more deairable and valuable to string her slong like he is. Whatever the case, it is more important to him than how you feel, no matter what he says. It's a BIG RED FLAG so don't make any excuses for him and MOVE ON with a quickness. You will soon be in the position where he will be begging you to come back.....then you will have to decide whether or not to srting him along.

Yes - I'm sorry but the previous answer is right - you need someone who will chuck an ex (after all - she is an ex- not a current) It will be hard - but girl, you're fabulous and obviously you know deep down what you gotta do - otherwise you wouldn't have posted this. I have faith in you -good luck!

I was in that -exact- situtation 7 months ago. Opening up to him and telling him how you feel is a necessity. You clearly don't want her around anymore, crack down on him. If he says no to telling her to go away, he isn't worth it. But if he says yes, you should deffinitley stick around. If she continues to hang around after he has told her to leave, and says nothing, once again, he is not worth it. You may need to scream, cry or perhaps throw things at him, but if you respect yourself it is going to have to happen. Trust me, I've been dating the same guy for 7 months and his ex, won't come near him anymore.

Wait till he tells you that the reason the ex is still in the picture is because he didn't want to burn the bridges - just in case he may need something!

Yes, if he's not ready to let go of the past there is no way he's ready to start a future with you.

Definitely. At the very least because you deserve someone who you feel you can trust, and who puts you first.
