I came accross various brands, some advocating a "diet resraint not necessary","blast away tummy fat",upon the use of a minimum of 3-6 tea bags per day.I find most of these products have their origin in china, are these claims verifiable?

Its big from three things: Stretched and weak ab muscles, excess food behind it, layers of fat over it. Attack all three: 1. Pull in and hold the muscles frequently (all day long), and also do crunches WHILE holding it in. 2. Eat less. As the muscles tighten, you'll eat less. 3. Do long cardio to burn off extra calories. You'll need to get outdoors as a gym won't let you hog a treadmill for 60-90 minutes a ta time like you need to do. Its difficult to lose more than 2-4 pounds a week.

if tyou want to drink tea to lose weight dont drink a mixture...go to whole foods and get the tea leaves you want (do some herbal research online) and make the tea....tea usually has very little in the way of harmful side effects....green tea is especially good for you....tea is a diuretic and will help you shed the water weight and will suck the water out of your fat cells
