So Jesus liked to drink. He said to drink in moderation. He made all the religious authorities furious when He drank with sinners and tax collectors in the heathen bars of His day.

The Bible does not say everyone was smashed. Perhaps it had a lot of people there. Wine was a main staple back then. Bad thing to have a large reception and run out of wine.

Doesn't say anywhere that the people were smashed at that wedding. And from what I understand, what they drank was possibly 'new' wine, which has no alcoholic content as it is made from unfermented grapes.

A Jewish person would better know the customs of those times.

Wine in those days was just grape juice. Jesus lived a sinless life on this earth. Doesn't matter what you think. God's Wisdom is all that will stand for eternity.

In those days wine had very low alcohol content.

One reason Jesus performed that and other miracle was to substantiate his claim to be God's Son.

First of all, if the vino had little to no alcohol content, then it would be what you call, uhmmm, what's that again? oh yeah, grape juice....As for being an enabler, yeah, Jesus was the worst kind, I'm sure that guy has quite a sense of humor once he figured out what he could do...why do you think his Pops, the God "almighty" gave him free will...to screw around with us so we can quibble about it on Q&A boards such as this one...

Get real.

This is the story of his first miracle. You missed the whole point of the story. Besides, drinking wine is part of the culture. Clean water was hard to come by.

Much of the wine in those areas had very weak alcohol contents, and some may have had none.
