What are the best foods to eat to help strengthen your abs and make them flatter. I already work out my abs, but I'm not sure what foods to eat to get the full effect. Thanks for the help!!!

I started eating low carb several years ago. It made a HUGE difference in the amount of fat that I have on my stomach. With most diets, the belly fat is the last to go. With low carb, it is the first.

Everyone knows that if you want to build muscle, you have to take in a lot of extra protein. I can totally see how true that is now.

I even saw a show once about some natives that had to develop really fat, almost pregnant looking bellies in the year before they could marry. They put that fat on the belly by feeding lots and lots of potatoes and by doing a massage daily. The difference after a year was amazing. Most of the weight ended up in the belly. Really strange. No more potatoes for me!

More protein, less carb. That should do the trick!
