that yahoo has a system of deleting resolved questions on the 'my a & q page' 10 points to the 100th person who supports this idea. ps, we,re very nearly there.

I don't see what your aim is in asking for resolved questions to be deleted. The whole point of yahoo answers was to have a database of knowledge. if you start deleting it then what is the use of it in the first place? It's like reading a book and then throwing it away. You might not be interested in it, but there will always be someone else that could have used it.
I still get feedback from people who read a resolved question that I answered months ago sometimes, and they contact me for further advice.
Surely yahoo needs to concentrate on deleting the offensive material on the site first of all, before deleting resolved questions that are only offending a small minority of people
