a maximum of 14 units a week, so 14 175ml glass's, consume more than 3 units a night however and you are a Binge drinker,
so you can have 2 glass's of wine a day..........

About 2 units a day I think. So a pint, or two small glasses of wine. And it's no longer per week that they measure it, because drinking all of your units in one or two sessions is binge drinking and really bad for you.
