Take him home. I don't think that the offense would elevate to the point where she might lose her job. Maybe just a reprimand if that. Tight work environment I guess.

Teach him to use a indoor voice and if he's not able to do that then tell him he can't go visit anymore, if he can then have a reward, ie: ice cream, cookie something like that.

you probably shouldn't take a baby to a place of business for a social call...Call your moms boss and appologize for the disruption and any harm that it may have caused..Explain that it will never happen again...That should take the heat off of her and show your maturity level..

take him out side and ask him what 's wrong.and if he doesn't want to go back in just stand outside with him to he feels better.
