I am a very sarcastic person. And i have been told lately that is a big reason why i've had such a hard time dating. i tease just about everyone i know. and it is a big part of my personality. i know that some people can not take and i don't talk that way around them. but could it be scaring the guys away?? do some guys think sarcasim should be left to them?? or is it a turn on??

If you are a sarcastic person then you are a sarcastic person, you shouldn't have to change yourself for anyone. Personnally I'm very sarcastic and have never had trouble dating. Just give it time you will attract the people who think that sarcasm in a female is witty and attractive.

I think it depends on the guy in all honesty.

Sarcasm is great, but sometimes is better recieved by people who you know a little better. It could be that is scares off some new guys, some people just can't take it at face value. You might also be using it as a defense mechanism to keep from being hurt, so it's something to think about...

I doubt you'd be very happy dating someone who is a pushover and can't take it, though. There are guys who appreciate sarcasm for sure!

Sarcasm in cute, moderate doses is okay, but if you're that way all the time to everyone, it can get old - and become a turn-off.

You need to remember that some people are more sensitive than others, and treat them accordingly. What's funny to some, is downright obnoxious to others.

You can find books on personality traits (and how to change) in the library. Good luck.

It really depends on what you use your sarcasm
for. If you talk about your relationship using
sarcasm, you are probably going to chase him away.

Sarcasm is a wonderful tool, but you don't use it
when you are trying to inspire intimacy.

if its playful, and the guy finds it funny, OK.but some take it serious.....so I would try my best not to be until you get to know the person
