Well, ya'll no how the bible tells us there's someone out there for all of us? Well, i feel like i found her but how am i supposed to asked her out?

Since you're asking, you're probably a very sweet guy. I think you should just approach her after a Sunday service or bible study and ask her to have lunch or dinner with you one day. Give her the option of either meeting you at a restaurant or you picking her up (this will make her more secure about your intentions). Who knows where it could lead. You'll never know if you never ask. I'm sure she'd be flattered even if she doesn't agree to a date right off. She may be just as nervous as you are.
If you sense a bit of nervousness at dinner, you could break the ice by telling her how you got up the nerve to ask her out. I'm sure you'll both laugh and laughter is good medicine.

Ask her to come over and pray with you, or do bible study or such. Your church should have all types of social outtings, as it's summer time, so inviter her to one of thoes.
