I would recommend a couple of options (depending on how much you plan to spend for 30 - 60 minutes of the woman's time).
If you live in (or near) Los Angeles or New York, there are "dungeons" where you can meet doms, subs and switches for tickling pleasures. My guess is that you will pay at least $180 + Gratuity for this type of service.
