I am addicted to sex. I only have sex with one person. M g/f of over 2 years. I think my sex drive is killing hers, i know she thinks we do it too much. How can i calm myself, how can i change for her when i have this addiction. How can i control my urges to make love to my girlfriend. Please, serious and mature answers only.

Dude, I suffer from the same problem. I love my GF of 3 yrs now, but I am addicted to sex, I can make love to her almost constantly (or at least I want to), I can watch porn 24/7.

The only thing that kind of works for me, is to be very open about the topic with her, and have somewhat dirty conversations. Use the word p*ssy, d*ck etc. I personally feel that my addiction is just a reaction to being brought in repressed atmosphere early in life, and now the thing is just always on my mind.

Through trial I have found that half the time I am not actually in the mood for sex, but more in the mood for some fun and something that makes me feel a little naughty, dirty. And dirty talk does the trick or making plans of doing it later that night or the day after, holds me over pretty well. My GF sometimes promises me special "Treats" later if I hold off at that moment.

Other things you can do, change in diet to a more veggie, less meaty diet. Exercise. Another topic of constant interest e.g. online poker or stocks (in my case).

Let me know if any of these works for you or if you come up with another solution for all of us addicts.

There is really not much that you can do. You need to find something that will take your mind off of sex and on to something else. Try playing a new sport or something.

My son has the same problem. He went to a doctor and they gave him a pill that curbs his sex drive. Just enough that he is normal now.

seriously my ex was the same. It is SO annoying. I)don't be so persisant 2) do yourself every once in a while (seriously). If she says she isn't in the mood, its probably because SHE ISN'T you just did it 10 mins ago.
