As a teen girl let me tell you this:
Most girls want to know a guy likes them... start off trying to be her friend don't jump right into a dating type of relationship. Approach her and talk about something you know she has an interest in. Even if you don't know lots on the subject! Ask her questions about it! It shows that your not embaressed to not know everything(which alot of guys struggle with)
Don't be alloof and spacey though! If you want to be friends and more with her than be that way all the time not only when your friends aren't around or your alone w/ her!

Getting her attention is just the first step of the game, so, be careful 'cause you could take your relation to the end before you could start, but before that, you should get to know that girl's behavior. My advice for you is: try to be her friend. You just have to walk in front of her and start a conversation. Remember, you have to be polite and never look desperate to speak with her. Don't hurry, after all you should get to know her before thinking in some serious relationship.

Don't do anything dumb, they will think your dumb.
The true way to get noticed, walk up to her and say "Hi", now you got her attention. then tell her your name and ask for hers, if she like you, she will talk to you, and will help keep the conversation going.
Big turn offs, anything gross, acting like an idiot, smelling bad, burping
Bonus, tell her she smell nice, you like what she did to her hair, you like the way she smiles, ( pick one or two two, don't over do it otherwise you will look phony)
if not she will find an excuse not to, but don't take it bad.

Begin with a friendly, everyday conversation.... then tell her
"I have a secret." She will be like "You do? What is it?"
You say "Idk how to tell you and if I even should thell you"...
She'll say "Tell me"... or watever she says ("Only if u want to")
You say "I think I like you. I didnt wanna tell you, becuz I didnt know how u were going to react. but im crazy about you. (optional: and i seriously cant stop thinking about you).."
Go from there.
