he said he'd call me soon but hasnt called for 5 days. And I just got a new number so I dont know if i should call him to let him know that I changed my #.

He hasn't called you in 5 days cuz you're not a priority. If a guy really likes you he will make you a priority. He would at least make it a point to call you even if he does get busy. If he's extremely shy then that could be a factor so go ahead and give him a call with the new number and if he still doesn't call you after a long time you may as well give up on that.

Yes you should if you really wanna talk to him because if he doesn't have your new number then how is he goin call you..but if you give him your new number and he still doesnt call the you should leave it at that.
