There's not much you can do about it, but the best thing you can do is learn not to be embarassed about the fact that you blush when you get embarassed.

Remember that people who blush are not necessarily more nervous or embarassed than everyone else. Other people might be feeling just as embarassed or more so, but it just doesen't show on their face...it's something physiological.

It won't bother you so much if you just put it out in the open.

If you feel embarassed, just say, "I bet my face is red right now!"

If someone else points it out, just say "I know, I blush really easily for some reason."

Just be open about it, be willing to laugh about it, and don't try to suppress it, and you'll feel more comfortable, and in the long run, you'll probably feel less nervous and blush less often.

you cant stop blushing. It's the body's natural response. The only way to prevent it is to be sure of yourself and try not to let things get you so worked up. Laugh at yourself if you've done something silly, dont let people get to you if they are embarrassing you and if you can change the internal feelings then you wont blush as much. The adrenaline that causes the blushing wont fire up as much.

Please don't worry about it. It happens to everyone, it's perfectly normal. When I get self concious, sometimes it happens to me. What you need to do is deflect the attention off yourself. I know it's easier said than done, but it helps, I promise. Try focusing on something within a room, a picture, the shade of paint - anything. Think about when the picture was made, who made it, what was going through their mind, concentrate on anything but yourself. Trust me. If it happens in a conversation, keep deflecting your attention to the other person by asking him or her a question. I hope this helps, it happens to everyone. Take care.

It is normal, everyone blushes, or feels embarrassed or nervous at times. It generally goes away as you get older or more self-esteem. Don't worry about it too much.

i am vaguely aware of a surgical procedure to resolve this, but can't place the name. i would think the condition. would have to be VERY bad to consider this. i believe they sever the nerves.
if you're really that concerned about it speak to a physician.
