When I need to pep up, I usually go blow a few guys at the bus station. if you don't want to try that, you can always stick a live chicken in your underwear. That's a guaranteed eye-opener.

A good amount of sleep in 3 hour increments. Our REM state goes every 3 hours, so dont sleep for 5 hours sleep for 6. Sleep for 3, 6, 9, or 12 hours. If you sleep for 7 hours lets say, then you cut off your Rem cycle in the middle.

Get an absolute TON of water. Our body gets very tired when it doesnt have enough oxygen. Water is what our body lives off of. Oxygination thru Hydration.
which leads me to my next point...

Get a ton of AIR. Yes, go ahead and take very deep breaths. Our body digs it! It absolutely feels much better when it has a full supply of oxygen.

Cut out the stress. When we undergo alot of stress our body sometimes will undergo a "hibernation" and temporarily shut down some of our "highly technical" systems and our bodies will kind of be on a "hiatus" and we will feel very sluggish. Also, our body tends to not breath at all when we are stressed. During high stress remember to keep breathing and drinking water.

High amounts of vitamins and minerals - you can find at any GNC store.
Forget the coffee. Drink tea. Higher amounts of caffine and a lot better for you! NO POP!

Excercise, excercise, excercise!!!
The flow of oxygen will give you energy like you would not believe!!!

Good Luck!!!

When I feel that way, I drink some coffee and try to get some exercise...at least walk around outside in the sunshine for a little bit. Maybe you're just bored. If you're at work, then take lots of breaks, go out to lunch, call peeps on your cell phone, buy yourself something pretty. ☺ If all that still doesn't help, then I figure it's just not meant to be and I go back to bed.

first try to make sure it is not a medical problem. If you are tired for two days straight and have gotten enough sleep, and have no fever, second thing to do is assess your activity level vs. caloric intake, if that is all in balance, make sure your extremities are not retaining water by pressing in with your fingers to your ankle or wrists, if they stay pressed in, maybe your heart is just not keeping up and you are retaining fluids. DO NOT Jazz up on coffee and sugary snacks. get some quality sleep time in, a sleep deficit can accumulate even from days ago, it builds up.
