They usually tell you every thing you ned to know. If they give you a retainer, make sure you use it. My sons had the option of wearing them a night, when they slept. It worked out good for them. Good luck with your new smile.

I wish I asked that, I didn't wear mine and my teeth started to go crooked again...

um... just ask about anything and everything you aren't sure about, just make sure you wear you're retainer, your teeth will shift if you dont!
