Me too! Maybe it's BECAUSE you haven't eaten anything all day. The only thing you have in your stomach is acid. I don't know if this is sound medical advice, but a glass of milk always helps me. Too bad I'm at work and all we have here is lukewarm coffee.

The acid in your stomach is causing you to have heartburn. Drinks can cause it too. Get some Tums and eat something!

Did you have beer last night?.... It doesn't matter, some foods are alkaline and some are acidic; simply eat some veg or protein and the reflux will go. Anyhows a little alkaline food makes sleep easier.

You probably don't have heartburn. It's most likely acid reflux.

All that stomach acid could be floating around in there looking for something to soak it up. Or - you could have a health problem.
