Momentus. It has the potential to help with the grip, swing plane, and conditioning. The Medicus is more or less useless.

I own a Medicus iron. I was hoping it would correct my tendency to pull the ball. While it does correct some swing flaws, it does not help with all problems. I can swing the club without breaking the hinge every time, but I still pull the ball even when I hit it with the Medicus. It does help with taking the club back too fast and any jerkiness in a swing. I have not tried the Momentus yet.

The Medicus helps with swing flaws, there the momentus is more of a warm up tool, and it builds "muscle memory". I prefer momentus.

I prefer the Medicus....it has hinges that break down when performing an in-swing movement. Instant position reminder. The Momentus is very nice too, because it has an "automatic" grip, and is weighted. Its a nice device to warm up with. Both are very useful for different purposes.
