God is very forgiving. In Genesis when Adam and eve disobeyed him he was very upset say for instance when you were younger and your parents told you not to do something and you did it any way when they found out they were really upset because you disobeyed something they specifically told you not to do. That's the same way with God when ever one of his children disobeys him that makes him angry but he will always forgive us the bible states that the only sin that God will not forgive us for and that's blaspheme against the holy spirit. I hope this helps

Yes, God is forgiving if you ask for forgiveness for your sins.
Adam and Eve had the perfect life 1 could ever hope for but both were disobedient to God. All He made was 1 request of them. Sin entered the world with them.
You need to read the rest of the Bible to see how loving and forgiving He really was and still is. Don't judge Him on 1 small portion of the Bible.

Adam and Eve did wrong they sinned. The did not obey God. God is our Heavenly Father and He is Adam and Eve's heavenly Father as well. Our earthy Fathers get angry at us also when we do wrong and corrects us. God does the same for His children. Corrects us to teach us right from wrong. If He did not love us He wouldnt do that for us.

God was upset because Adam and Eve tried to hide the fact. Can you imagine the stupidity of that?

hey hun...when Adam and Eve partook of that tree they brought death to all man kind...but God sent his son Jesus to bring eternal life to all man kind...and yes God is a very forgiving and merciful God....Psalms 103:8-10...The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger forever. He hath not delt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities....now isnt that great news the last verse even states that he doesnt punish us as bad as or sins might deserve cause he loves us.....love daisy

Interesting folk story. Many different people wrote what we call the bible. Each one, it seems, saw god in a different light. I choose to see him as not noticing me. I do ok without someone I can never see interfering in my life. Unless, of course, he dicided to only do good things to and for me!

He was angry at their sin, as we should be. He showed compassion and grace by not making them pay the ultimate price for their sin, death. Sin is serious business. I don't really think we understand how horrible sin is and the destruction brought about by it.

God is a God of the Law.
You must be perfect to stand before God.
Or you will be but out of his sight.

Jesus die to wash our sins away making us (thou him) perfect in the Law.

Yes.
He told them not to.
Anger is not always bad.

God is typically angry when people are obstinate in their sin, in other words, they can't accept that they might be wrong. Then, forgiveness might not work.
