We invade afganishtan to build an oil pipeline to the sea, Iraq- 14 PERMENEnt bases so we can get all their oil too... Its hard to wrap our conflicts in the america flag and say we're "liberating" the population..why haven't we "liberated" the population in sudan... Oh yeah, no natural resources we can exploit!

No.

Mostly because we are smart enough not to believe the stupid claims that we invaded Afghanistan for an oil pipeline.

I suggest that you look up and read the ultimatum we gave the Taliban prior to the invasion.

Next - I would like you to name these 14 "permanent" bases. (I will laugh at you because I have been to some of these.)

And finally - Sudan does have oil. In fact the reason there has been no action taken on Darfur is because France, Russia and China do not want their lucrative oil contract with Sudan endangered.

BTW - for all of those who thing we should go into Darfur. Are you willing to put on a uniform, pick up a rifle and go there for a year?

Perfect response M1, And to add to it, if we wanted Iraq's oil we would not be paying over 3 bucks a gallon right now. It would still be in 1.80 range. No oil has been sent her from Iraq.

Everyone should be concerned, however from your lack of response it is another sad day for America.
