I think that you should talk to her she is way under weight and it is so not ok. I think you should talk to her about it. Maybe she'll listen and if not talk to her parents or a doctor. She needs to gain weight.

well im not a doctor or anything but for someone that tall to be only weighing 94lbs. is not at all healthy. take a picture of her and show her what she really looks like. tell her she is a beautiful girl on the inside and that's the reason why youre friends in the first place. tell her that she shouldn't worry so much about others people perceptions of her, she needs to realize that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

Your friend should weigh at least 115 pounds and that would still be 8 pounds under the recommended weight for height with a small frame woman. If she thinks that she is fat and is significantly underweight, she could have an eating disorder or some other mental health issue. She is not ok. Talk to your mother or some other adult so that they can talk to her parents to facilitate some type of counseling for her. You are a good friend to be concerned.

My wife was 5'7" and 99 lbs when we married at age 24. She was a model, and it was many years before she got above 130.
Sound like your friend has some issues that need to be addressed. Encourage her...

This girl is obviously too self concious about her weight. At 14 she should be more worried about friends and school ahd be having a good time.. You should talk to her parents and express your concern, or talk your family and see if they can talk for you. even a school counselor or school nurse... Have you tried expressing your concern to your friend? If she's willing to get help, help is available.. Eating disorders are no laughing matter and shouldn't be taken lightly.

At 14 I'd start with talkin to her parents. She obviously has some sort of distorted view of herself. Encourage, Love and Help!

No, that doesn't seem right. The best thing is to talk to her parents, tell them your concerns and hope that they take it seriously and get her help. Don't worry about her getting mad, she might be at first but in the end she will realize that you did what you did for her sake.
