Of course. It's called "moving out," and is an option available to you when you become 18 (in the US).

You could pursue the legal classification of "Emancipated Minor," and have it nullified after your planned 1 week solo flight is over, but this seems like a lot of work for a week you'll likely come to regret.

In CA, a minor can become emancipated as young as 14.

Do you have a job? Can you support yourself totally? If so then yes, but if you're asking should you be left home alone while you're parents go away for a week...maybe not. What will the damage be when they return? Are you expecting to have parties while they are gone? Do you think you will have "free reign?" If that is the source of the question then the answer is no.

it's called getting a job, get your own place, buy your own food (and cook it too!) be responsible for yourself by picking up after yourself, cleaning your own place, paying all of your own bills, doing your own laundry and not calling or going by their home to borrow money, drop off your laundry or conveniently stop by at dinner time. then and only then can you live without your parents.
you sound young so my advice to you is to enjoy your childhood/young adulthood for along as it last. you are going to have many years to be responsible and doing the adult tasks of having your own place and paying bills. you have it easy while living at home and you will appreciate this advice more as you get older, believe me.
most of all enjoy the time you have with your parents cause there will be a time in your life that they really won't be there for you to be with. both my parents are deceased and i would love to have one week with them again.
good luck in your search for independence but really you have plenty of time to find it. don't be in such a big hurry to fly the coop just yet.
