Well, it's a bit odd for a guy to say no sex......
1.He has a medical problem or such that he has not told you about.
2.He is just one of those rare guys with low sex drive
3.He is cheating on you with someone else
4.He does not love you in the sexual way, but more of a Friend and room mate.
5.He could just be tired and stressed out.

You won't like the answers to your question.

Here are some of the potential problems associated with the behavior you describe:

1. He is gay.
2. He is a pedophile who married you to get to your kids.
3. He is a woman trying to secretly lead a man's life.
4. He is physically repulsed by you and married you for your money or other ulterior motive.
5. He has erectile dysfunction.
6. He is sexually inadequate and embarrassed about it (as well he should be).
7. He is asexual and/or doesn't enjoy sex, so he's not going to do it unless you make him. He only married you because of societal or family pressure on him to appear "normal."
8. He wants to be faithful to his girlfriend.

If it is none of the above (but it probably is), then he should discuss his situation with his doctor. Maybe he is overly stressed or having physical problems that inhibit his sex drive.

Sorry, but you asked.
